Just finished a 6 week strength training cycle, 5 reps for nearly everything and between 4-5 sets per exercise. Will have to get some videos up soon but my best improvements were,
Squats (Belt only) - from 150kg for 5 to 165kg for 5
Rack Deadlifts - from 190kg for 5 to 210kg for 4
Yates Row- from 100kg for 5 to 110kg for 5.
I think more or less everything went up and the only thing I can say that helped me to do this is writing every single set down. When I remember to do this it helps so much because I can go into every single set with a goal of beating myself from the previous week.
Anyway and starting a new one this coming week, changing a few exercises and upping the reps to 8-10. I hope I can keep the strength gained from this very productive training cycle.
