2006 British Strongest man Oli Thompson has had a change of scenery and is now focusing his talents on MMA.
Oli has only been fighting since April 2009 and with a 9-2 record has now hit the big time by signing a fight contact with the biggest company in the world ‘The UFC’.
His first fight is at UFC 138 in Birmingham on 10th November against fellow Brit Phillip De Fries who holds an unbeaten 7-0 record. Oli has already holds UCMMA heavyweight championship belt and I feel if he can continue to improve the way he has he should see a steady up rise in the UFC.
