Bodypower Expo 2011

I went up to the NEC Birmingham yesterday for this years Bodypower Expo and what a great event it was. I have been to the last two and this years was bigger and better and was packed with people. Loads of stars were on the stands and I managed to meet and speak to a few as well as grabbing loads of free supplements, T-shirts, bags etc.


Had a brief chat with Mark Felix 'World Strongest Man competitor' and he said he was competing today at the show and his bicep tear he had is feeling good and he has had no problems with it so I wish him luck today.

After having a good look round and a bit of lunch I heading over the Nutrex stand that had a massive queue waiting for their free goodie bag and to see the massive 'Zack Khan'. I had a chat with him about his knee injuries and he said they are fine but he needs to take things very slow. He is just like what you see in his blogs and his arms and forearms are unreal!!

Overall had a great day and cant wait to go next year....
