Stan Efferding New RAW World Record Total and Squat (No Knee Wraps)

IFBB PRO Stan Efferding has just smashed the Raw (No Knee Wraps) World Record totaling 2226lbs. He squatted an all time new record of 854lbs, benched pressed 606lbs and deadlifted 766lbs to finally take Konstantinovs record of 217lbs. Sometimes the squats are debatable on depth but this one is very deep!!!


I really like the video and its contents, bits of Stan talking, writing down what he needs to beat the record on a white board, and all his lifts. One of the best powerlifting videos I have seen in a long time.
