Another cool video of Andy Bolton teaching an exercise, this time its the deadlift!
After my article on rack deadlifts I thought this was a timely blog entry of traditional deadlift technique.
In the short video he gives you set up points and movement points that are straight forward and easy to understand. You have to take notice of his advice because he has pulled over 1000lbs twice, which only one other man has ever pulled!!!
