I have nearly completed another 6 week strength training cycle and again I have had some good results. This time my bench press went from 120kg for 5 reps to 130kg for 4 reps, squat went form 165kg for 5 to 180kg for 4, dumbbell shoulder press went form 32kg for 5 reps to 38kg for 5reps and I'm doing weighted chin ups with 35kg of extra plates again with 5reps.
My interview is nearly all done, its taken a bit longer than we hoped for but it will contain a free to enter competition with some cool prizes so keep an eye out for that.
My second article for The Grove is being sorted so that will hopefully be out in the next week or so, hopefully you will enjoy it!!!

I will be filming a few new videos this week and will update one on here, as I'm doing back I think ill post up a weighted chin up video!
